2. What Data We Collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details (processed securely by Shopify Payments — we never see your card details). We also collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type) via cookies for analytics.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To process and fulfil your order (shared with our print-on-demand partner Printify for fulfilment)
• To send order confirmations and shipping updates
• To comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting)

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

Processing is based on contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for orders, and our legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) for tax purposes.

5. Data Sharing

We share your data only with Shopify (platform), Printify (fulfilment), and payment processors as strictly necessary to complete your order. We do not sell your data.

6. Retention

Order data is retained for 7 years to comply with Dutch tax law. You may request deletion of non-mandatory data at any time.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data. To exercise these rights, email werkcm1@proton.me. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
