By placing an order on fancupster.com you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing.

1. The Seller

Fancupster is operated by Chadi Mannai, sole proprietor (eenmanszaak), Amsterdam, Netherlands. Contact: werkcm1@proton.me

2. Products

All products are made to order via print-on-demand. Colours may vary slightly from screen to screen. Size guides are provided — please check them before ordering as we cannot accept returns for incorrect size selection.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in EUR and inclusive of applicable VAT where required. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments or PayPal. We reserve the right to cancel orders if a pricing error occurs.

4. Shipping

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. These are estimates only — we are not liable for carrier delays. Risk passes to you upon handover to the carrier.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs on Fancupster are original works. Nothing on this site uses FIFA, World Cup, federation crests, or player marks. Unauthorised reproduction of our designs is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, our liability is limited to the value of your order.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Amsterdam courts, without prejudice to your EU consumer rights.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order applies.
