Refund & Returns Policy

Because every Fancupster product is made to order via print-on-demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please check our size guides carefully before ordering.

When You Are Entitled to a Refund or Replacement

We will offer a free reprint or full refund if your item arrives:

  • Damaged or defective
  • With a printing error (wrong design, misaligned print)
  • Significantly different from the product description

To claim, email werkcm1@proton.me within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

EU Consumer Rights

As an EU consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on most purchases under the Consumer Rights Directive. However, custom-printed goods made to your specification are exempt from this right under Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU. By placing an order you acknowledge that your item is personalised/made to order.

Shipping Errors

If your order is lost in transit, contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
